I wish I had a option of rating in negative.
Such pathetic brands service, I have ordered so many items from such startups but this is first time that I hav ecome across such experience.
I had placed an order for suit(no signs of getting it deliever) and jewellery(completely defective) for an occasion in an impression that I will get it by then(**th Aug), unfortunately Aachho is least bothered to deliver or update or refund the hard earned money. This incidents makes me feel illiterate that I couldn't catch the fraudulent behaviour of achho and I was keep trying to contact the team via phone, email , instagram with no response. This is purely a torture and pathetic experience. I will definitely take this incident to court as I have the power and complete visibility, how these brands can bring to the ground.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
