My services were abruptly terminated without providing any previous written notice or adequate justification.

I forced to resigned and I refused.

I have not yet gotten any written communication from the company end since the exit call from the HR department.

Nothing in writing was given before or after the abrupt termination of my services, and all company contact channels were immediately closed.

After multiple emails, they are just ignoring me, even though you are not picking my calls at all.

I have worked in the March ****(whole month),and not paid by this company.

As I refused to submit my resignation and closing all communication, I asked them to share Termination letter with proper reason along with my pending month salary and compensation.

Instead of sharing the termination letter, they said that I can join the company again.

But I refused to rejoin the company as I can't trust such a fraud company who have no ethics at all.

Last few days, I continuously emailing or calling the higher authority but they are not in a mood to resolve.

After finding no way to contact them, I submitted a email saying that I will raise that issue in front of company's client and on social media and resultant of this email I final got a NOTICE from them by threatening me.
