TCI Relocation Pack and Move - Fraud

I booked the service for relocation from Pune to Uttarakhand and Hyderabad. The person called and confirmed the total deal at ₹**** for * boxes to be send to both the places. He send me a quotation it was mentioned * boxes and was written extra infront of GST , service charges and insurance charges.. I called him and again confronted and he said yes madam it is all included in ₹**** you don't take tension.
Alongwith that I had also paid ₹*** service charges to the person who came to take my luggage.
After they had taken the luggage from my place and deported towards the delivery areas they send me a bill of ₹*****.
Now when I am asking them about the previous deal they are saying we will store your items in our store rooms you can collect after you do the complete payment.
I don't have any proofs or recordings now so they aren't taking my complaint seriously.. Can you help me with this?
