PayU - Fraud

I got a fraud promotional email from timestravelcare which is marchent of paytm on *th oct'** on the basis of paytm purchase and asked me to purchase a holiday package. There will be assured gift that is dell laptop i* with this package as mentioned in the email. I got a call from phone number ********** on *th oct'** and she (Timestravelcare representative) explained the same about promotional offer. She committed the same to provide the assured gift (Dell laptop) with the holiday package. I called to timestravelcare main number ********** which is posted on website to ensure that this offer is genuine or not. One lady picked up my phone and she confirmed that this promotional offer is genuine for me. Then i called to previous number ********** to purchase the holiday package she transferred my call to another person who guided me to register my account on timestravelcare for this package and on same call he asked me to pay the package amount using paytm wallet. Package cost is rs ****. I paid rs **** using my paytm wallet. Transaction id - ***********. They committed me to deliver the assured gift within ** hours. Today is **th oct'**. They are not picking the phone. Their phone was switched off in the morning later when it was turned on they are not picking up my phone. I am sure they are the cheater. They are the paytm marchent. Even i am unable to raise refund for my booking. I want refund my money from paytm. I need your help to refund my amount.
