Dear sir / madam
I have ordered for JBL bluetooth headphone (JBL T***BT) and earphone (JBL T** T) under offer from online website for ₹**** whose present value without offer is ₹**** and ₹ **** respectively. However the distributed send me one JBL headphone of **** model worth ₹ *** that to also damaged quality.

Main problem is that i have ordered this product from sponsor ad from Facebook and the order detail which I have received from website has been deleted and unable to recover. The distributor is not responding either on mail nor on mobile phone.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
