Balaji traders - Fraud work

I got a random message from a company name Balaji traders on ** September **** . They send all details about the job and initially they asked to pay *** to work in that job called form filling . I replied to them on October * **** accepting the offer and paid them *** rupees by giving all my details . They mentioned that money is refundable and in * minutes they will provide me user ID and Password but after * mins they asked me to pay extra *** to get user id and password which they didn't mention earlier . I refused because I don't have enough money to pay . so I asked them to refund my money but they didn't respond to my messages even after they saw it .
