Myphotoprint.in - Fraud with order

I order(order no: ****** and mob: **********) one shadow box from myphotoprint.in website on **rd August **** and got delivered on **th August ****. But I saw there is some issue with myphotoprint.in product that light was not working and without light it's useless so I inform that on ********** number and told her if you can't deliver on time then please take it to return and refund the amount and she told me okay we will replace and you will get it working product on Saturday(**st August ****) But I did not get. Now she is saying you will get it in next * to * days but I don't want it because it's useless for me now. Most important is that I'm going out of the station for the next ** to ** days. This is the problem. myphotoprint.in website is not working at the time of order I create an account but now I'm not able to log in there. It's totally fraud and not replying my mail and call.
