I had ordered for black forest cake which costed rupees *** around *:** p.m. on *th May'**** after sometime I got a message saying that my distance is too far off from there place so I have to pay extra *** and I did that too but since then I have been calling them more than ** times just to know about my cake status. About when will they deliver the cake as they promise that if I pay *** it will be delivered by *pm so I was waiting for that time and yesterday I called them numerous times today also I am calling them so many times but they are not picking up the call.
Please help me...They are not willing to refund also.
