I booked offline ticket from navrang travel for jaipur to kota seat allotment ** on ac delux bus.same seat alloat to two person and my ticket transfer to Ganesh travel.driver misbehave and told drop from bus .while at mid extra excess person inside bus full over load .no ac working.
