*) i got a call from **/**/**** at **.** am on this number(**********) and they introduce them as a job providers like shine,naukri,monster.
*) and they told me to register on their website with registration fee of only ** rupees.
*) after they sent a this website link "www.dutyprime.com" and go register on their website to pay ** rupees, here i don't have internet banking option proceed further so they informed to use another option to pay using debit,credit card option and agree to pay over there.
*) when i entered my all card, bank details they bypass all my details from their back-end.
*) once proceed i have not get any otp message and the transaction is loading compare with as usual time,
*) after they called me to enter otp now(in this time period they change the amount rupees ** into ****, this was happen behind on their site) and they deduct my money.
*) and i called them again to know what happend, why you deduct **** from my account. they said this was server mistake, we will refund back.here they get my amount deduction bank message through whatsapp and they noted my balance amount in bank.
*) and they have option in their website page to refund my money, so again i have given all bank account details including ifsc code and account number branch details, but this time they did the same, as mentioned in *th point they note my balance amount in my bank message and deduct the balance amount if rupees **** in my account.
*) then i comes to know they cheated me and i called them again and again but they blocked my both call/whatsup number. if i try with another number they will not respond my call they cut my phone.
**) am completely not aware of net banking transaction process and they used my unawareness to make this fraud done. am mentally,financially get affected on this incident. please this wont be happen to anyone. i must be last person for this kind of activity. please make the action against them.
