Brandkaart co - Fraud Website Deliver defective product and then block the customer

The Website from which i have ordered turns out to be completely Fraud, the owner of that website will first instruct the delivery agent not to deliver the product, but if you complain the Courier company that their agent is not delivering the product, he will then instruct the Agent to Deliver the Defective and faulty product just to keep the job of the delivery Agent. and once the faulty product gets deliver, the person will block your contact, so that you cannot return back that faulty product back.
