A person who says he is from Indian army recently transferred to Nagpur from Hyderabad so wanted to sell his maestro scooty as he is registered in Telangana. He said I'm transferring the bike through army transport and asked to transfer **** to initiate the transfer. Then he said it's in Hyderabad military need to pay full amount *****. We transferred but he said to transfer ***** rupees for advance and once I deliver he will repay advance amount but he again asked for ***** which made us totally lost and we refused to pay please help us.
