Vivanta vacation club - Fraud vacation company

We received a call from Vivanta Vacation Club to come and visit at Nirvana club for there event on tour packages.
They offered a few packages and some complimentary gifts like
-Vlcc package worth *****/-
- * night stay at any * to * star hotel
- * vacation
In this package
And rest the package included ** days for ** years.
After paying them, they didn't provided us with anything. Even after contacting them regularly they just made different excused for unavailability of either any gift or any booking.
