https www travolook in - Fraud travel website

I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai for **th March **** using https://www.travolook.in/ website. Soon after the booking (REF*********), I received a call from Travolook asking for more money in order to generate PNR for this flight as the fare got increased although the fare was still the same when I checked on the airlines website.
On denying she cancelled this booking and assured refund amount **** would be credited to my account in ** working days only.
During these ** days, I HAD called them ** times but no help on refund received. Post ** days they are asking me to wait another ** working days due to some issue on the refund at their end.
I am not sure where to raise a complaint against this fraudlaint act of this new website. Today is **st April and its almost * month I have not received this refund.
If you check review in google many are facing similar issues.
Please assist.
