travelook in - Fraud travel vendor refund issue

Hello Team,

This is regarding my Flight booking cancellation refund issue. I booked my flight on April **th, at *:** PM. Flight Travelling from – VTZ – BOM, Flight take-off date is Apr **, *:** PM.

When my flight was booked. Within a second, My flight booking ticket is canceled automatically. The Amount is Debited from my account. I waited for ** mins. I tried to contact the travel book helpdesk no one answered my call. After * Hours received autogenerated mail from Travelook. in that “Flight has been canceled due to some technical issues”

If I book in Other Vendors like Flipkart, Amazon, Indigo, or any other websites, My refund would be initiated within a few mins/Hours.

But, In this Fraud company, I am continuously following for almost * Months via Phone calls and Mails, Saying the same dialogue that Waits for **-** days. No one responding properly.

I have names where I received mails from Helpdesk teams to wait until ** days. As I checked on Websites that as realized that this is a Fraud company, they are creating phishing websites and all people booking their flights were canceling automatically without any reason. No Refund retaining back.
