Gallivant international - Fraud travel tourism company

I had taken the membership on June ** and was intimated the additional travel coupons will be allotted. However, to date, no coupon has been received as intimated by the employee Miss Steffi. I tried to contact her initially to which she kept saying coupons will be couriered and later she stopped picking up the calls.
*. I was given coupons for six nights stay and a free visit to Imagica. I have been trying since Nov **, to call the office on all contact numbers. They told to call later and however all numbers are switched off now.
*. I was unable to book holiday view all numbers being switched off. I visited the office in Jan** and to my utter disappointment, the office has been shut down. I tried calling up the headquarters in Pune also but there was no response.
*. Such major change in address and contact numbers, no response till date. I called up/mailed for cancellation of membership view service deficiency but no response till date.
*. In view of the following, the following is requested
(a) The amount of Rs **,*** paid as membership amount along with **% interest since Jun ** to be paid at the earliest post cancellation of membership.
(b) An amount of Rs **,*** is remitted at the earliest for the losses incurred in my booking hotels view no response from your side as well as causing mental and physical agony.
