SPT travels Noida - Fraud travel agency

Travel agent name Abhishek Tiwari gave * night kerala package for ****** and took ***** advance. Once taken advance that fraud agent started refusing to take calls, tried repeatedly then he gave one more contact number of Mr. Krishna that he will handle booking. I called him about booking but he hardly picked my call, after reaching my destination I found no booking was done at munnar by that fraud agent, I was travelling with my family including kids and infant. That was real harassment by that fraud agents as the booking was almost full in munnar, I somehow manage to get one. Then at other destination thekkady fraud agent had booked other degraded hotel than in itinerary. There he paid only **** advance and rest of money I had to pay. Like wise in kovalum too. Also no booking done In alleppey. Now he is giving excuses to refund. I want that fraud agent behind bars for harassment, fraud, cheating.
