*th September got a call saying they are from RBL customer support asking for card details to validate.
I have refused this and rejected almost ** to ** times but they were still calling saying that they are manager who want to check the settings and email id properly updated or not which was my main issue from past * months..I thought they are actual team and after giving details got a message that card got swiped for Dreamplug technologies Pvt ltd for *****rs.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
