I am explaining this fraud transaction related to converting the payback points to cash.
I had received a call from ICICI Bank representative, he explained the process to me and ensured this call was from the Bank office.
He told me that I am privileged customer of ICICI bank , he told me to do the transaction on free cash from your credit card and within ** Hours you will get acknowledge on email, and will receive the cash back along with deducted amount, and ensured you will get the written document in ** days from Bank, and he captured my current location address .
When I have not received any acknowledgement , I am filing this complained because transaction was done by cash free merchant.
Caller Identified him as Ravi verma and mobile no **********, which is now not reachable.
My Card number is **************** and transaction happened on ** Sept ****, and trx. ref no
********** at Cashfree Payments Bangalore IN
Please look into this.
