Pioneer Global Services - Fraud Tour Package

I have done registration with pioneer in Jan ****. It was very difficult to contact them. All promisses made were just false. In the Nov **** we had booked the package for udaipur rajasthan. The team gave us booking confirmation however on reachig the hotel we were informed that no hotel was booked with my name. It was such a horrible experiance. After lot of follow up they finally booked hotel. After this i am trying to reach them on contact number/email address provided but we are not able to reach. Please help us to get our hard earned money given to this fraud company.
