Puneet Automobiles Private Limited - Fraud to customer by tata motors dealers

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that i have booked the tata Altroz XZ model on last month **th Dec. from tata motors dealer Puneet Automobiles,Tiwariganj,Lucknow showroom. They promised me to deliver my car by **th of Jan **** and last week Friday(*th Jan ****) I got a call from dealer(Puneet Automobiles,Lucknow) that the chassis number is allotted to you against your booking and you will get your delivery within *-* days Or expected before **th Jan ****.

Now they called me and asked me to pay the full amount before arriving at the showroom and I visited the showroom and her General Manager sales told me to pay the full amount before **th Jan **** Or else she sell the car to anyone who makes the payment before delivery.
The car i booked is in transit and on a way to the showroom but before arriving at their godown or showroom he is asking me to pay the full amount or else she try to threaten me that if you don't pay full amount before tomorrow then we can sell to another customer.

I was told many times that once the car arrives at the showroom I will pay the full amount but how can I pay the full amount before seeing the car or getting the delivery.
She said me many times that tata motors takes the money from us against your booking and we are paying the interest so plz make the payment before reaching at the showroom or else if someone pay the amount right now then we sell the car to him.
I am requesting you to please take strict action against this dealer who makes me waits for almost * month and now saying that we can sell the car to the person who give the full money in advance before arriving at the showroom or delivery.

Its humble request for you to please take strict action against this greedy dealer and help me to get the delivery of my car. Also they called many times and makes me mental harassment and I have all the recordings and proof that clearly prove that how this dealer behaved with their customer and harassing the customer.
