Eshoes Market - Fraud through upi

I have ordered a bunch shoes from this online website named Eshoes market, i have done online payment for it but I didn’t received my order for very long time so i called there customer care no. (Which i got from google) the person on the other side told me that my order has been cancelled and they are going to refund my amount and asked me about my bank details and then they fraudulently created a duplicate upi id through my atm card details and transferred rs ***** from bank account to their bank account in between the call and after that they disconnected my call and switched off the no. I registered a complaint to my bank regarding this but after sometime they also closed that complaint stating bank is not liable in this. So please help me in this rs ***** is not a small amount.
