I purchased a watch from watchtym.com, operated by Bhagyesh Mehta, whose Instagram page is watchtime.inn and WhatsApp no. +************ However, the item I received is different from what I ordered. I have been trying to contact them via WhatsApp for a return and refund. Although they are seeing my messages, they are not responding. I would like to file a complaint regarding this matter.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
