sir/mam, I hope definitely you help me i try many time on call to shiprocket, & many times delhivery but all denied me ! On the date **aug i create a shipment by on my shiprocket panel AWB no. ************* (samsung Galaxy s* plus) this packet is refused by buyer so my packet is RTO initiated on the ** Aug packet reached at origin motherhub i try to contact many time shiprocket & also delhivery for delivered my return but courier partner denied me many times & on the date *sep RTO delivered successfully is shown in my panel but any packet AWB ************* am not received even any call i doesn't received but courier company show RTO delivered then again i call shiprocket he said we wait for POD then on date * sep delhivery call me for my return i go for taking my return and when i checked my return packet is too much different from actual packet i sent my packet is open, to much dirty , packing polythin is rugged tapping rip off means all my packet is rip off and my actual item inside in box is broken & changed ! I also made a video and take photos of packet and am refused to accept my return! Because courier company done fraud & snatching with me . Please help i request you! I want to my actual phone Samsung Galaxy s* plus or claim
