https www bluee in - Fraud Site No Item Received after payment and no response

I placed online order on **th May. On **th May I followed up on the timeline to receive product and got the response that it's shipped and i will receive the tracking details. As I have not received any tracking details on **th May I again followed up and got response on **th May with a tracking details and same tracking details was updated online on my order. On **th May the item showed delivered in city called Tiruchi when my delivery address was Bangalore. I again reached out to them to give clarification and if they are unable to process order refund the amount since than there is No response from them. I even posted my comment in there site which they removed. This site seems to be a fraudster as shpw product with discount and take money with no item delivery. I want people to be beware of these fraudster.
