I have ordered a product for Rs.****/- in Meeso. . We receive the damaged order some days later. After that we check for return in Orders section in that time it shows that the product was cancelled by meeso. They didn't notify that when it is cancelled by them. Now we cant return the product. When i ask the customer care representative they told that they will not do any post purchase options for this order and this is fraud shipment they said. My question is who is responsible to keep the order details safe from hackers. And why they didn't notify that the cancellation status of the product to me. How can i suffer by loss due to the irresponsible of the Meeso team. So i just want my money back. Please do me the needful. Thankyou
