OnAirMedia - FRAUD Service not provided as promised

I hired the services of On Air Media for Radio promotion of My Hindi feature film as PROMOTION right before the release.
No Activity logs were provided except first * days… not to mention the kind of loss my project gone through due to lack of awareness.. they clearly didn’t do any promotion EXCEPT * days… upon asking Sapna Katwala Khan says “we do not provide logs for the whole period of Assignment” WHEREAS I checked with other company and have attached proof THAT IT IS PROVIDED TO THE CLIENT — from day * to the last day of assignment period.
