I am Himadri Prasad Maharana (Contact: **********) ordered a "Yummy Sugarfree Chocolate Cake" of ***g at a cost of ****.** INR on dated. **th July ****. The birthday cake was suppose to be delivered on **th July ****. No one called me till the delivery date. On the delivery date (**th July) someone called me from myflowershop and told that Sugar Free Cake is not available and you have two options here (*)Get a Sugar Added Cake (*) Refund the money to myflowerapp wallet.

I have ordered the cake, if they can't can't deliver then they should return the amount to original payment method or my bank account but they are playing with the money which I have paid.

When I requested the to return the money they just told you will get the refund to the wallet only and we can't return your money and hang the call off. It's a completely fraud moment happened to me.

I need my money back to my Paytm account (**********)
