Brand.store_24 - Fraud Seller on Instagram

I ordered a pair of football boots from a seller called" Brand_store.** on Instagram. The page looked very credible as it had many followers and too many posts & likes. I was asked to gpay **** RS including the shipping charges for the boot which was priced at ****. The seller who was very fast in replying till then stopped responding to my texts after I made the payment. I kept pinging every day until they deleted the page. The page doesn't exist anymore. I have bought from many sellers on Instagram, but this is my first experience with a fraud one. Kindly let me know if there is any way to track these fraudsters and get a refund.
