Mars by ghc - Fraud Scam ecom express

Let’s get to the main point, they sent me out for delivery texts for *-* days along with their delivery agent’s contant number. Each day different agent. But they never called even though i try to call them several times and also tried to text them on whatsap but they refused to attend my call and also to give me a reply. I tried to call their Dc manager but he always keeps his phone switched off. I mailed to customer care they always send a same copy paste text “we are coordinating with team to arrange my delivery”. Their fault and they daily update in their system undelivered, at last they updated with ofd lock. This is a very third class service. I want my order or i want a full refund.
