Fashos.com - Fraud Return Policy

I ordered shoes from fashos.com and order number is *********. First of all their customer service promised me to delivered ** size of shoes but they delivered ** size. Return policy is also a fraud where they are promising no question asked return policy but asked me hundred question and applying conditions while returning. Fake promise by customer service and don't have any quality record for calls.
Now they are saying return the shoes by courier or by post yourself on your own expenses. Please do a strict action against it. In hope of a quick reply from you.
