Qualient Manpower - Fraud Recruitment Agency Qualient Manpower

I was contacted towards the end of May **** by someone claiming to be Manju Sharma via Whatsapp & phone call who introduced herself as a recruiter working with Shine.com and informed that my profile had been selected for a R&D position in Delhi by top companies and I should attend for a HR interview round on June *st if I'm interested. These people through their thorough understanding of human psyche, which I'm sure they developed by defrauding lots of people of their hard-earned money in the past and their expert soft skills created such a sense of urgency and trust that I was convinced and attended the said interview, there they asked for a service fee of INR **,***/- saying once when I'm employed this amount would be refunded back along with my first salary. But it has been more than * months now, its January **** already and these people have neither returned me my money or secured me a job yet. Additionally, all the employees who had shared their phone numbers have switched off their phones long ago. Now, I'm at my wits end on what to do and how to retrieve my money back. I'm feeling terribly miserable and don't know what to do. Even after sending countless emails to their email id, they don't reply now. I really need my money back urgently.
