Icareer Consultants Private Limited - Fraud Promises, Money Laundering And False Commitments

I received a call from Ms. Sakshi and Ms. Asha saying the were a genuine consultants registered with the MCA - bearing Corporate Identification Number is (CIN) U*****DL****PTC****** and registration number is ******, that they would get me a job at Canada. firstly the aked me to pay **** for third party inspection of my documents and then they asked me to pay **, *** in three installments for the same. After paying the ***** i asked them to start with the interview process for which they started giving me reasons such as suitable company is not there and that there were not finding a job for the relevant profile. Later they arranged * interviews on skype over which i couldnt see the interviewer also. irrespective of giving a good interview they came back saying that the result is negative. I was growing frustrated with the way they were handling my profile as intially they had promised that in * months i would have a job but even after an year i had none, instead they asked me to pay more money and change my process from work permit to a PR which was another * Lakhs. On which i asked them to cancel my process and return my money.
In order to provide the refund they asked me to write a withdrawal letter and then asked me to wait for ** days for the refund. Even after ** days they started giving me reasons that their accounts are freezed and that they couldn't transfer me the money. Upon asking them to courier me the cheque if they couldn't transfer the refund to my account they said that their director is out of town and cont sign the cheque. For this they maid me sign a letter also saying that i couldn't complain to any one that they dint provide me a job also. Now when i try calling them they dont even have the courtesy to answer the calls not the self respect to revert to the mails. I have all the mail correspondence along with the telephonic conversations rite from the start. Kindly help me, and do something about this so that there no one in the future faces such problems.

Request you to please help me in getting my full money back as i am in very much need of it. I am both physically and mentally stressed out cause of these people as i also have a family to take care of. i have all the proofs related to this. and i can provide the same.
