Dear Boat Representative,
I ordered a boat Zenit Watch *-* days back. I received it yesterday and I, unfortunately, had to say that the product build quality was worst I've ever saw in any smartwatch. Apart from that, it doesn't look much alike as it was shown in the figure. It measures/shows the wrong data, other than giving the heart rate of a wooden table. The watch doesn't has a option to connect with the app, which you guys have mentioned on the website/product manual. When I was trying to return it, which any company provides on its product, it says that the item is available for replacement only. The Order ID is as follows:-
