Directorate of Agriculture - Fraud person seeking money telling he will provide me Job at Agricultural Office

First i got an ad on OLX of directorate of agriculture, Guwahati, so i applied and i got a reply. He told me to contact him on his number and i contacted and he gave me details of the post. Then he asked Rs *** for idendity card issue and said he will mail me something an otp or something after i pay. But it didn't receive it he said it was server issue and told me he will contact me the next day. Next day he contact me and asked more money saying i need to police verify and for that i have to pay Rs ****. I didn't pay since i came to know he was fraud. This is his contact number **********. Kindly resolve my issue and make him refund me.
