Goleisure International Holidays Pvt Ltd - Fraud perpretated by Goleisure International Holidays Pvt Ltd

I am sharing the below experience with Goleisure International:-
*. In September ****, I and my wife were given an offer for holiday package by filling up a form with name and contact number, however we ended up falling prey to their deceiving means. We were invited to an event where their membership package for holidays of Rs. **,***/- was disclosed. We were told to pay an amount of Rs. **,***/- as downpayment and offered a discount of Rs. *****/- resulting in the total membership package to be Rs. **,***/-. The remaining Rs. **,***/- was collected by an official who visited our house.

*. The Goleisure official stated that the membership package consists of * services, without paying any extra money, namely - hotel room, breakfast, sightseeing, medical facilities, pickup and drop facilities and that there won't be any additional charges. We were also assured that we can save our days and split the days into subsequent years. There was no need to exhaust the entire holiday package within three years. The same is mentioned in the agreement.

*. However, when we booked a trip to Rajasthan in February ****, we were told that the package includes only hotel accomodation and no sight seeing. After reaching our destination, we realised that there was no complimentary pick and drop facility as well since we had to pay for the same.

*. I contacted Goleisure for booking hotels for my upcoming trip. However, their phone numbers were inactive. I wrote an email to their customer service at :- caremumbai@goleisureinternational.com and contacted their Pune Head Office as well but received no revert. Thus, I visited their office at:- Office No-**** to ****, ** Floor, Real Tech Park, Sector No. **A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - ****** on January **, **** and found that their office is closed. I was informed by the receptionist of the Real Tech Tower it is a usual scene that people come to complain about Goleisure. Goleisure had informed that they are shifting to the adjacent building but vanished and none of the officials or employees are to be seen. It is evident that they have absconded with customer's money without providing any services. This seems to be a case of fraud perpretated by a vanishing company. Request you to please help me in resolving my complaint. I seek full refund of membership fees of Rs. **,***/- at an additional interest of **% p.a. for causing mental agony and deficiency of services.
