Watsapp Paytm OLX - Fraud Payment via Paytm

I had placed an order to sell a table at OLX and found a person who was interested in the item. He connected me on WhatsApp and sent a QR code to send money through Paytm. Firstly, he told me to transfer *rs, and then in return, he transferred * rs to confirm the account is working. Later he told me to transfer **** and promised to give back **** which he didn't. As I have never used Whatsapp payment option so I got confused and paid him ****. He then told me to scan another code to pay **** and **** so that he can double the amount and I did that. When I asked him why he not paying me directly, he said with a card machine it works like this only. Later I got to know he was a fraud.
