I reached this agency through WhatsApp for female nursing attendant for my mother. For few days I paid on daily basis but, later paid in advance for the remaining days bed rest was recommended for my mother. In between I requested to change the attendant which they didn't. Then one day when she too leave, I requested to not send her and asked for my refund.
I'm following up for the refund since *-August very politely but now, they've blocked my number. I did online payment so have proof of all the payments I did to this agency and their acknowledgement for the same.
