I was asked to pay **% of the total amount of the product, then as per the remarks of DTDC, without the complete payment, the order cannot be dispatched. So I had to make full payment of the product, and after that all of my calls, messages were ignored and not responded.
It is not a small amount for me as coming from a middle class family, I have to make savings and invest on things properly; I only trusted this company as it mentioned the name of TATA group. After losing the money, I became a bit restless and I didn't know what to do further. I was not even sure about the legal procedures.
But now, I am sure of what I am doing and I believe that my problem will be solved soon.
