I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the vacation experience provided by Palm Club Vacation. As a valued customer, I expected a high level of service and a memorable vacation, but unfortunately, my recent experience fell far below my expectations. I would like to outline the specific issues and incidents that have compelled me to write this formal complaint:
*.Misleading Advertising
*.Poor Customer Service
*.Facilities and Amenities Shortcomings
Also I am surprised to look after that , There is no specific office in Delhi.
