Ordered online kurti been **days, no update on order no mobile number email id shown on their website.. earlier it was there.. when i called them with their number, they said they will refund money asked me to provide gpay number. They said i will get a sms to my gpay registered number and asked to fwd to a different number. I agreed. And then i got a differently encrypted sms * to * lines of code. I told them what's this sms I've never seen this msg, and asked is this a new way to hack mobile?
Then they disconnected call immediately and didn't pick up again..

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
