Clubinstyle - Fraud Order not received from ClubinStyle

I buy a T-shirt paying amount INR ***/- on ClubinStyle on July **, **** only. But today is **th August and I haven't received anything yet. They don't respond to my emails and there is no customer care number available on the website also. It seems ClubinStyle is a big fraud and an immediate legal action need to be taken.
