I ordered a sofa from Amazon on **-Feb-**** in Bangalore. The delivered sofa was not as same as pictures, cheap product. So, I decided to return the sofa but amazon refused to pickup the sofa and instead asked me to self ship the sofa at seller's location (Brand Furny, Thane Location). Now that I have shipped the sofa, seller is refusing to accept the sofa. They don't pickup the calls, not at all any communication. It's been * months and my money is stuck with Amazon *****, and with logistics through which I self shipped ****.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
