Menkaurvashi - Fraud online shopping website

I have purchased a dress from www.menkaurvashi.com on **th Sept ****, and the pay method was only COD. I did paid *** Rs of cash and when I open the parcel it was old bed sheet. there is no contact person in the company, no Email and Contact no is working which is given on the Invoice.
This happened not only with my, there are hundreds of or might be thousand of persons who got the same experience from this fraud site (Given below link for reference). I have attached Invoice and the material I have received. I visit police station and also Cyber crime head office in Bangalore, but could not got any help. I hope I will get some positive response here.
