Kotak Mahindra Bank - Fraud on loan
Diana Ambrose Francis filed complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank on Aug 8, 2019
Kotak bank has approved loan without my knowledge.
Gave me wrong assurance that EMI will be less after balance transfer and issued cheque which was incorrect amount.
I was harrassed throughout this transaction.
Guy processed this loan on my old documents and gave all false commitment.
They are not evening answering my calls.
Lodged a query in Kotak bank and have not reverted.
Kindly help.
