I have purchased gold in phonepe gold safe , I sold gold on */**/**** I received message from phonepe ** he amount will credited to account.but still today I mean **/**/**** I haven't no received amount.i logged complaint in phonepe customer care service, but they simply saying amount credited to bank acordinte with bank.i approached bank there no such transaction is done . kindly help in this issue
