Phone Duniya - Fraud of Rs 7499 by e commerce website phoneduniya.com - - - - - R.K. Jain Jain.

I Nikita Jain complaints against phoneduniya that it had cheated me and it look like a fraud company because I booked a mobile phone on **-**-** and made the payment at the time of booking (order no.******) .The order was successful and it give me the message the product will be delivered in *-* days.On **-**-** when I checked the status on web it showed that"check your email to get tracking details" & thereafter the website is not opening till now.Its customer care no. ****-****-*** is also not responding.Please help me to get refund of my amount or to get my product .
I had already complained to Delhi Police, Delhi Police Crime Branch but they are not taking any action against it and they are harassing me and forcing me to withdraw my complaint(wants to close the case).
