I have purchased T shirt from Bear house on * June , which I didn’t like & returned back in * days . As per their policy, I have paid *** rp for courier , courier picked up on * June .
I thought my money will be refund in * or * week , but i didn’t get it .. then I approached via email .. One month they told we are working & then suddenly almost after two months they said we have returned your money to Simpl . Why Simpl???
I have paid through my account, you should return my money to my same account.
Now. I’m struggling to get my money back from Simpl.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
