Place of Purchase: Virar - East, Maharashtra
Product: Realme Power bank *****MAH
Detail of Incidence: Shopkeeper was contacted with reference and I was suggested to purchase *****MAH instead of *****MAH considering non-availability and later product turned defective and same was informed to shopkeeper.
They asked me to test few more days as product is under warranty and they were required to arrange *****MAH power bank and now they're not responding to calls and their shop is closed.
As official escalation proceedure; I contacted RealMe customer service including CEO & Founder as well however no response from them.
Looking for earliest resolution to this.
