Sell Hub - Fraud of

I have ordered a mobile phone worth Rs.**,*** through online e-commerce website https://bwebstores.com/sellhublscm on **/**/**** evening and it was received on **/**/**** morning. To confirm an online order, I have paid Rs. *** on this mobile number: ********** through G-Pay. And the rest of Rs. **,*** amounts, I have paid as a cash-on-delivery mode to Blue Dart courier delivery agent on this mobile number: ********** through G-Pay. Then I received the parcel and when I opened it, I found there was a duplicate, a dummy product of the phone. It’s not the original phone. At that time, I realized the seller had cheated me and did fraud of Rs. **,***. After that I immediately called the seller and told them regarding this fraudulence, they have said by mistakenly delivered wrong product and we will share the original product as soon as possible. I also asked for a refund, they told me to correct the things they will deliver the original mobile phone and still if I have any issue, they will refund the full amount back as per their return and refund policy and they have disconnected the phone. After that no single response was received from the seller’s side till the date. I have tried many phone calls and over what’s app follow-ups regarding further order status but no luck.
Feeling totally helpless and seeking a full amount of Rs. **,*** back. I would feel grateful and happy if these fraudulent people were identified, stopped doing fraud things and my lost amount is refunded.
